As the new version of android came and got bugs in initial what is the best version to use of now ? KitKat or Lollipop ?

Kitkat is quite stable, given the latest updates. Being a newer OS, Android 5.0 Lollipop has better features, but will have some bugs here and there, but it will be stable as updates go by.
