What is the best service provider's data plan that they can give in Indonesia?

Indonesia is a big country with a lot of islands, some people need stable service provider because in Indonesia several places with same service provider can't the same give stable service.

XL have the best plan as far as I know. I used XL for more than a year now and very satisfied with their price value even back than on a couple weeks they have decreased quality.

You can have 17Gb for Rp. 17.000, 43Gb for Rp. 125.000, 85GB for Rp. 200.000 and 140Gb for Rp. 300.000 with XL-Go plan

All below review as per my experience.Matrix is provide to simcard for abroad before traveling to india.Last time I was go to Malaysia and I purchased Matrix simcard in india before traveling to activate and ite hasle free process its service to good but its charges to high it was offered to me 75 minutes to local call at malaysia and 150 minutes to call in india and 1.5 GB High speed data and this Charges to 1200 Rs. And when I arrived at abroad and switched on phone it was automatic connected with local network. When I connect with network just small process of paper recharge its to provide with simcard kit. When you recharge you can get balance on your Matrix number as per scheme.Its to simple and enjoying with Matrix sim card if you have any problem with sim card call your indian Matrix service provider its solve your problem...
