Is there a free plan load for safelink subscribers?

I am planning to apply for a safelink subscription, just want to ask if they still have provided free plan for subscribers?

They still offer three different free plans for those who are eligble.  Two of the plans give you a certain amount of minutes and roll over, while a third plan only gives you a larger amount of minutes and no roll over. All of the plans refresh each month as long as you actively use your phone for at least one call each month.
