New features of iphone 6 are:-

Optical image stabilization

In iPhone 6 you can record all of your videos in full 1080p HD at either 30 fps or 60 fps. iOS 8, VoLTE (Voice over LTE) support is now available.

The ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, and TouchID sensor ,barometer etc. 

Rear camera- 8MP, flash, Front camera - 1.2 MP
