There are so many service providers in Sri Lanka. Based on my experience I have used Mobitel, Dialogue, Etisalat.
Among three of them, I think Mobitel is the best. Coverage is pretty fair, sometimes 4G is lagging, most probably due to the peak hours. It has island wide coverage also.
