Yes. This facility is provided. I am not very sure you can do it with all android phones or it depends on any versions of android OS. I had tried this in my previous android smartphone. You need to download and launch font installer for that. It would be better if you can follow the specific instructions for your phone based on the OS version and device compatibility.
