Home Location Register (HLR)
In telecom, the HLR is referred by the database for subscriber parameters. In other words, we can say HRL keeps all the records of billing detail, customer ID, and customer number and also having for prepaid with IN intelligent network.
The main function is that in telecom services HLR database covers the master database or catalog of all the regular customer to a GSM PLMN.
