Yes you can. Nowadays PC are cheaper and cheaper. If you want a great PC at good price, you should choose an ASUS PC. I have an ASUS PC and quite pleased with it.

Depends on what you define as a good price, and where you are from.

In the USA and Canada it's not that expensive to find a desktop or laptop computer for a fair price. What you plan to do with it makes a big difference. For example, the needs of a writer are far different than a gamer, or a video editor.

If you're in the USA I'd recommend checking out online vendors and comparing prices such as Amazon, Best Buy, NewEgg.
