well, the telecom sector is a very competitive market and the price generally the price determination depends on demand and supply .. the demand for data usage is ever increasing but again there are several service providers .. so it is not easy to hold on to clients on a permanent basis .. so depending on the demand , usage and the profit that the service providers can make out of it the data price keeps on fluctuating .. however the aim is constant .. i.e to attract more and more people to take the particular plan !
