Probably Windows hasn`t managed to deliver a proper app for it and apparently doesn`t intend to do it, since Lumias are enhanced with the mobile version of Internet Explorer
If Android accepts Firefox or Opera, it will be fair play for WIndows Phone to accept Chrome
