You can formate your device by typing *#7370# in standby mode. Before your device reset you need to provide the lock code, The default lock code is 12345
Some nokia phones can be reset via this manue option.
Setting > Phone> factory setting > Delete data and restore > Yes
Imortant :
Formating the device erase all user data apllications as well.
