reliance jio has made it possible for the people with low income level , who cannot afford to buy expensive phones and pay huge amount of bills , to use mobile phones within their capacity ..they launched their free internet plan which no doubt was extremely popular and now even the people with less income can afford to buy a mobile and hence get digitized .. no doubt this has contributed lot in India's digitization
