Yes, of course. All phones equipped with 4G are "backward compatible", which means you can use them on previous technologies.

Yes it is possible, we can use 4G network on 2G mobile , but we have to purchase hotspot, then regretly we use it.

This is not the question: this member wants to know if he can use his 4G phone when only 2G is available. He doesn't ask if he can use 4G on a 2G phone.
