The software is amazing, much more versatile and useful than iTunes. And it needs less resources as well. And the support is fantastic. Recently I had to reach out for help because my old HD died and I needed to set iMazing up on my new SSD. I didn't deactivate my old install, so my activation code wasn't validating. I sent an email yesterday, explaining my dilemma. This morning, I received an email saying my activation has been reset. I was able to activate iMazing with no problem at all. I never use iTunes anymore, and for that - I am truly thankful..
