Can we transfer the watsapp data into the another phone by having same account or it happens automatically? If there is any particular procedure for this please feel free to tell me.?

no it does not happen automatically , there are three ways of data transfer

1. local backup

2. storing in your google drive and then transferring them to your new phone

3. the whatsapp data back up option (which you have to choose in your settings)
