Why all service providers are not equal in sri lanka?

Lack of facility to provide some services on service providers. They don’t have access to internet back bone, not enough financial support from government.

Also some providers are servicing implement based on urban areas only. In Srilanka, population density highly in western province and colombo city has the highest. Most providers are tempting to supply their services in that area on target group for profit.
