it is usually not advisable to charge phone with any other charger apart form the one provided with the pack ... however if the charger belongs to the same company then i do not think any harm is done .. but using a charger bought from local shops which are locally made is quite harmful for the device ... i often use my old samsung charger to charge my new samsung j7 nxt phone .. since both the pin sizes are same
