It should behave as any other camera, when pressing the button Camera, it should enter the mode you selected (Picture or Video Record). You can zoom and add effects, according to your needs
If you encounter bugs, try to clear all data registered from Settings-Applications
Ultimately, if it persists, choose the factory reset
