Can I put different ringin tones for different special numbers in my mobile?

Yes it is possible. In contacts you can select a number and then press it for a few seconds, and there you can find option of notifications and then you can select any ringtone for the specific number.

Sorry, there are no such function on phone or apps so far. You can only set one song at a time. BTW, the length of ringtone is also limited. If the size of your ringtone is too big, you are not allowed to set it as ringtone.Check this article on how to trim MP3 on Windows Media Player.
