Ola cabs is highly reliable. Booking a ola cab is just easy as cancelling it.
If you have mistakenly booked a ola cab, then there is not need to panic.
Open the app
Open the details of your booking and status of the cab.
There will be a option for CANCELLATION at the right top most corner.
Simply click it and it will ask for your reason of cancellation.
Choose the reason and click CONFIRM.
Your booking will be cancelled. But Ola might charge you few rupees on your next ride.
