Okay so long story short!
I ported my number form Docomo to Idea with the expectation that they will have good network and internet speed. Its network is really good but the internet speed is not upto expectation and upon calling customer they behave like they are doing us a favor. I have a recorded call script which I even sent to the idea customer care email, but as usual no one cares.
Did any of here face the same problem?
