Follow these steps to hard reset your phone. But make sure to backup all your data before doing this task.
- Turn the device off.
- Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time.
- When the phone vibrates, release the Power and Home key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key.
- After this, you will see a black screen with different options. Choose factor data reset.
- It will start removing your data and you have to wait for a few minutes to let it complete.
