Follow these steps to hard reset your phone. But make sure to backup all your data before doing this task.

  1. Turn the device off.
  2. Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time.
  3. When the phone vibrates, release the Power and Home key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key.
  4. After this, you will see a black screen with different options. Choose factor data reset.
  5. It will start removing your data and you have to wait for a few minutes to let it complete.
