To update the phone, you need to backup your data to avoid any data loss. Although data is not removed while updating the phone. Next step is to open settings and go to "About Phone". In this section, go to "Update". Finally, you can see the update if available. Click on it and update will start. Keep in mind that your phone battery  must be greater than 50%.
