In case of any problem with the app, the app may crash. In this instance, you can send a crash report to Viber, who will then identify what the problem was, understand it, and pass that knowledge on to the developers so such problems may be avoided in the future.
1. To send a crash report from iPhone iOS 9, go to settings.
2. Go to “Privacy”, then “Diagnostics & Usage”. From there, go to “Diagnostic & Usage Data”.
3. Select the most recent crash report and copy the text.
4. Paste that text into a Support ticket.
