There are fee AT&T services that do not qualify for AT&T THANKS benefits: Data-only plans, Pre-paid wireless, DSL, Fixed Wireless Broadband, dial-up services, Cricket, and AT&T PREPAID. AT&T employees and business accounts are also not eligible for AT&T THANKS benefits. You can check AT&T web site for any recent update to the benefits eligibility criteria.
