Its little bit confused. You should check your LIVE DATES tab. Go under Check the END date under active. An unlimited date means the takedown wasn't downed by Spotify.

Check the XML and send the takedown again. If it isn't, for this purpose you can reach out to the Spotify Content Operations Ingestion team. They will help you in solving your problem as soon as possible. Sorry to hear that your music is still live and didn’t remove from your music list from Spotify.

To do this, you will need to contact the label/aggregator that added your live music to Spotify and ask them to remove it. If you’re unable to contact your label or distributor, you can make a claim to have your music removed through our infringement form.

It happens very rare that if artist sent request for breakdown for live music, still it’s not removed. Nothing to worry Spotify team is here to help you in every trouble. But first of artist must also check their settings.

Sometimes problems comes from artists end. Most of time artist forget something or do something wrong and such incident happens. So, check all your settings first. Otherwise Spotify team is always there to serve you.
