First of all ask your label or distributor for the URL link to your Spotify artist profile. Artists will get this after the day they deliver music to Spotify for the first time.
Though, if you’ve not uploaded your first release and you don’t have an artist profile yet, you can request your Spotify URL. That URL will link access to services before your music goes live.
Steps to follow after you get URL from distributer.
Once you've requested & received your Spotify URL:
You have to go to artists.spotify.com and click Get Access.
Then choose 'Artist or manager' (or 'Label team member' depending on your role).
Hit continue & paste your Spotify URL into the search bar to find your profile.
Then you can claim your artist profile by demanding access to Spotify for Artists from the Spotify music. Usually it takes time for 2 days. 2 weeks for verifying your Spotify artist profile.
