At first, please make sure you’re entering the correct password because a lot of people use a lot of different passwords. However, if you are absolutely certain that the password is correct then you can try clearing your cache and cookie and try your password again.
If you are using the app, in Apple iPhone uninstall the app and reinstall it. In an android, go to the settings options and follow the following steps:
- Navigate to Apps.
- Touch “Musixmatch” option.
- Navigate to Storage option.
- Touch clear data and clear all the data.
