Simply you cannot change your email, it’s not possible.
However, you can open and create a new account through the email you’ve been using. Your profile history such as ranking on leaderboards, points, levels contributions etc. will all be deleted.
You can delete your account and create a new one if you wish. But if you wish to restore your old deleted account, you can only do that within the span of one week of deletion. You will be sent a special email for reactivation once you’ve deleted your account.
Bear in mind that there are options to log-in through Facebook, Google, and your personal email. Through each option, you will have a separate individual account. As such, if you sign-in through all three options, you will have three accounts.
