Airtel Nigeria is not giving its customers the best in terms of service delivery, is other countries like India having such experience?

I have been using Airtel Nigeria for some months but its poor network is affecting my business so bad that I am about switching to another network.I am not the only one complaining about this, friends and family living in other cities are complaining too.
