The best smartphone for max 300 dollars?

I'm looking to buy a new smartphone but don't want to spend over 300$, so for that price range what would you suggest is the best smartphone to buy??

iPhone 5 , samsung glaxy s4 ,samsung glaxy note 2 & hTc one are best optoons in my opinion.

For around $300 you should easily be able to buy a Galaxy S3 which remember was a flagship phone at the time of release, and is still an EXCELLENT phone if you're on a budget!
