The main difference between iPhone 6 and earlier models is the size of the screen. Between iPhone 3, 3gs, 4, 4s and later models is type of the connector (new models have lightening connector) and from 5s phones has fingerprint scanner. Also newer models have all metal bode, the old one has plastic and glass.
