I'm curious what the cheapest plan there is for cell service. It has to be nation wide and support international calling with reasonable rates, it doesn't have to have data, although that would be a great bonus.

In Europe, you will get everything you requested starting with 10 euro. The internet traffic is minimal, something like 100MB, so if you want more, you will have to pay some euro extra
