The three specs you mentioned cannot be taken in isolation. You need a good combination of them to arrive at the best configuration that will suit your preferences.
I suggest you don't go for anything less than 8GB RAM. If you intend to be a power user, for for 16GB RAM. For processor, I recommend i7...and for graphic card, you definitely don't need an integrated graphics, go for a laptop with dedicated graphics card.
