Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos, it’s a really good phone, the screen size is 5.00 inches, with 8 megapixel camera. Also affordable.

I recommend oppo.  It is a quality international brand but the price is user friendly.  In the philippines, there are alot of cheap local brands to choose from - chery mobile, mphone and firefly are just some of the brands with dual sim phones.
