You can`t use iTunes or iCloud, since your old smartphone doesn`t use iOS, so you have to find alternatives as uploading everything on GoogleDrive and download on iPhone

You can also copy the data you are interested in on your PC, eventually based on OS, and then transfer to iPhone through iTunes

Some of the media files like photos, videos and music can be transferred via email or Dropbox app.

As for contact transfer from BlackBerry to iPhone, you can count on Gmail. If you’re using Gmail as your primary account on BlackBerry, your address book and calendar should be ready to pull down to iOS with minimal effort – iCloud can handle all of that stuff too. If you’re using contacts on another service, like Yahoo! or Exchange, the situation is similar.

  1. Tap the Settings icon on your iPhone’s home screen.
  2. Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  3. Tap Add Account, and tap the service you’re currently using.
  4. Enter your login and password information.
  5. Select which types of content to sync.
