I couldn't find an exact cost on a per phone line basis, in addition, the cost seems to vary depending on usage. What I would recommend that you do is to contact SLT's business phone department and ask what they would charge you for a 10 line direct phone line package, or PBX plan, with equipment, etc. They'd be able to give you a complete in detail quote.
