I looked over their website but I can't see any kind of coverage map. My best suggestion to you would be to contact them, and ask the following question. "I'm planning to move soon, would you be able to provide service to x address? Yes? What kind of services can you provide there?"
Sage should be able to tell you everything you need to know. If they don't offer service, chances are you can port your number to a different provider.
