It depends on how the phones impact the school's teaching. In some classes teachers use student's mobile phones or tablets for school acitivites. However in other classes, mobile phones can become a serious deterrant to the learning process. I personally believe it's a balancing situation and like I said it depends on the situation and if it benefits the learning process.
