Please follow the below procedure to create a folder in Gionee,
Go to the main home screen
Select Apps to view your current applications.
Go to the menu key and select the Edit.
Select and hold the app to move to the desired folder.
Drag it to the creat folder option
Enter the Folder name and select Ok.
Now you will be able to see a folder and you can move other apps into it.
