The main difference is SLT Peo Tv can be rewind the programs. That's means You can watch the programs that you early missed. Dialog TV unable to do that and It is same as the Normal antenna TV. You can only watch the present programs that broadcasting.

SLT Peo Tv is best one. however Dialog gives a chance to use Dialog TV by charging 3 LKR per Day.

We can rewind the programs in PEO TV but Dialog ,TV we .can't rewind.

There are some issues in rainy time in Dialog TV but PEO TV is very good at all time.

So  I hope PEO TV is best one.
