Is the AVG antivirus a good security measure for smartphones?

Other than being an antivirus, can AVG perform other functions as phone locator, locking and blocking calls?

I would recommend a paid antivirus solution, not the free version, as I commonly see these days, it doesn`t grant much protection

AVG can`t work as a smartphone tracker, nor blocking unwanted calls
