Why is it that sometimes when you try to install apps in android os you get the out of storage error?

It`s most likely to be out of storage. Try to free some storage on the internal memory or move apps on the card, in this way, you can make some room

I would recommend you smartphones starting with 4GB internal memory and 18GB storage on the card, in this way you will have a decent storage capacity
