Go to the notifications bar and cllick the 4 squares in the corner, select mobile hotspot (Or go to Settings, More Networks, Mobile Hotspot and select) and it will say, "tap here to set up" when ready. Go to the device you wish to connect to it, find the network, and enter the given password. Know that your phone will not be able to use wifi itself until you turn it off!
