- You can request to redeem your Star Points at any Star Points Merchant.
- Give your mobile number to the merchant and tell the number of Points to be redeemed.
- You will receive an authentication code via SMS.
- Give the Authentication Code to your merchant to complete the transaction.
- You will receive a SMS receipt for the redemption.
- Check the details of your receipt and confirm with your merchant.
You have to maintain a balance of 100 Points in your account when redeeming.
E.g.: If you have accumulated 120 Points you can redeem only 20 Points.
