Stop spam calls in your Android device by turning on spam protection by going to Settings > Caller ID & spam in your phone app. You also have the ability to mark a number as spam. To block a phone number, access the recent calls through the Phone app, then tap on the number that need to be reported as spam. Now you can click Report call as spam and then block.
