WhatsApp doesn't have an option to set your own signature and send with the messages as you do in email. Alternatively, you can show your name or other limited information, which will be visible next to your number, when you send messages to WhatsApp groups. To set this, open WhatsApp, go to settings. Tap your profile Picture. Just below the profile picture, you can enter your name or a short text and tap "Done". You can also use the "About" option to enter more information, which will be visible when someone access your profile.
