Dear Bipesh, Worldlink and Vianet are the leading ISPs of Nepal. Besides that, Classictech has been providing interesting packages. Regarding cellular network, NTC and NCELL are the only providers. NCELL being a private multinational company has been providing various schemes, data plan but it is little bit expensive then NTC. I personally like NCELL, one has to be wise during selecting their data plan to save money.
