Turtle was moving from one side of the canal to other side by crossing the mud path. It got struck for a while between the mud and the adjacent gross area due to the unlevel surface where the bottom shell makes slippery when it tried to move. It tries to lift with the legs so that it can avoid the bottom part of the shell touching the ground to pull itself out of slippery surface.
