Our initial complaint with AT&ts customer service was related to their auto pay and their accessibility to our bank account.  AT&t over charged our account for several months with higher than normal amounts being withdrawn from our checking account.  We were able to provide bank statements showing amounts paid to AT&t over a period of a year.  We contacted their customer service department and opened several problem tickets regarding our issue and each time we were promised a resolution.  After several months of no responses from AT&t, we decided to walk in to a location to see if we could handle matter face to face.  Our luck followed us, we were referred back to their customer service line.    Overall we had to weigh out our pros and cons with AT&t. Deciding that double paying each month was just not worth the struggle to continue our service with them.  We did switch briefly to a local competitor, however service area and dropped and missed calls presented an issue with being parents of two young teenagers.  To much disgust we found ourselves back with AT&t, this time we made sure we took precautions ourselves.  My review for the service is excellent, however my review for their business practices is less than ideal.
